"These cowardly attacks expose the real faces of the planners and perpetrators of these crimes. What quarrel do they have with the good people of Nyanya motor park? What issue do they have with innocent people in market places in Maiduguri, Yola and Kuje? It is clear this battle is not ideological. It is between the forces of peace and order and the evil forces of murder and destruction", he said.He said the security agents including the police and army have been instructed to be extra vigilant in this time. He sympathized with the families of all the victims that died in the attacks.

ReplyDeleteIt is sad that these terrorists are not prepared to give peace a chance, they're making it extremely difficult for re conciliatory talks to take place. Maybe they're in different, maybe they're insane, whatever they're their actions have damaged whatever goodwill was proposed by sympathisers of their 'cause' as even the President acknowledges now in his statement that they've no 'ideology'. It therefore goes without saying that only force would suffice in their eradication. It sad that innocent lives were lost, my condolences to the family, friends and we'll wishers of the deceased.
ReplyDeleteThat's all?? This man ain't serious!
ReplyDeleteHe is only good at releasing statement. A govt that is ready to tackle corruption and terrorism, the president should at least hold live press briefing every month where current issues could be discussed like Obama does all the time in the US.
ReplyDeletePls can't PMB go to the site or speak to the good people of Nigeria why press statement? How sure re we that he's the one making the press statement
ReplyDeleteExactly my stance. God help us all. Linda take note!

I don't get his statement. So they shld go find ppl the disagree with ideologically or what? There's no reasoning with unreasonable ppl. Period
ReplyDeleteLinda are you sure Buhari said those things? I am surprised because during the Presidency of Goodluck Ebele Jonathan he said those people had genuine grievances. So how come their attacks are no longer justifiable?
ReplyDeleteAll papetrators of evil shall be soon revealed by God's grace.
ReplyDeletePlease he should do something fast about it God will purnish all of them cus I speak with pain and God will destroy them just like he destroyed the. Egyptians
ReplyDeleteMr President pls change your security method. This is the same mistake Jonathan made.
ReplyDeleteWhat else can you say? We they poor people are not protected, they rich people cover themselves with heavy armed guards. Our economy is bad that 3 square meal is now a very BAD OMEN in our beloved Country.

These were the things Jonathan witnessed as president and the opposition(apc) cried wolf to the magnitude of insecurity. Now that u are at the helms of affair, what measures have u put in place to curb such menace?. Jonathan knew why he stepped aside,so that u PMB and the people of APC will have a taste of what he withnessed.

ReplyDeleteThis matter is simple, call your boys to other sir because the same way you used them to make Nigeria ongovernable for Ebele, is the same way they will disrupt things during your tenure. go and settle them, because you can't just use them and dump them.
ReplyDeleteMaybe its high time the poor start protecting themselves too...since d govt cant, our everyday life shouldn't be all abt money or survival...we should be vigilant abt our surroundings...abi maybe we should av rights to gun as it is in d US.
