Things you did not know about waist training

Finally Alter Ego is here in Nigeria to show you the real deal. Alter Ego waist trainers are made of high quality materials. A standard waist training corset has at least 20 steel boning but ours is made of 24 steel bonings. They are super comfortable, they do not roll up when you bend, poke you or dig in your sides when you sit. Our 24 steel boned corsets/ waist trainers are made of a no-stretch breathable cotton materials.

Yes, no-stretch material unlike the regular latex waist trainers. A material that stretches cannot train your waist rather it takes the shape of your body then get disfigured and slack after a few wears which is a total waste of money.

They also cause irritation, they itch and sometimes make you look bigger. Our high quality corset/waist trainer has pins in front and a lace system at the back for ample adjustments as you lose weight, they cause no irritation or itch but very soothing. It is the best corset to achieve that hourglass figure. The advantages of waist training with a proper steel boned corset are numerous and here are a few of them from our experts:

 * a proper steel boned corset gives some women an hourglass shape that they may never be able to achieve naturally with diet and exercise.
* a proper corset is  used to reshape and feminize the figures of women
* a proper corset can be used as a weight loss aid. It serves as an external gastric band and do not allow much expansion of the stomach and this helps to control appetite and reduce food portions.
* a proper corset help to correct posture, especially to help those with past injuries (eg car accidents, vetebral fractures, slipped disc)
* by extension correct posture also help prevent other skeletal issues.
* a proper corset  have also been known to reduce the intensity of headache, migraines and with time eliminate them completely as proper posture can are tension off the neck and shoulders.
* a proper corset is  used as lumbar support to avoid potential back injuries.
* a proper corset is sometimes used by singers as a support; they provide resistance against which the diaphragm can push, which can help the singer attain powerful notes.
* a proper corset are helpful in minimizing menstrual cramps in women. Many women temporarily relieve their dysmenorrhea by lying in the fetal position, which exerts pressure on the peritoneal organs and somewhat decreases the painful uterine contractions.
*a proper corset can mimic this position by exerting pressure on these same organs, reducing the uterine contractions or cramps while her position remains erect.
* a proper corset  can sometimes help heal diastasis recti, the splitting of abdominal muscles by holding them together and preventing them from splitting any further.
* in those who have slow bowels/ constipation issues, the pressure of wearing a corset can stimulate the intestines and may allow a brief increase in peristalsis immediately after taking off the corset, making it easier to have a bowel movement.
* in those who have issue with diarrhea or fast bowels, wearing a corset snugly can slow down peristalsis, lengthening the time between bowel movements.

  33. You guys are so ignornarant and ill informed. Corsets are not about concealing … They are about body modification. If you wear a corset a few hours a day for a certain amount of time.. your body takes the shape of the corset. If you go to the gym and you are square and loose weight… you will still be square. The only want to alter the shape of your body is through a steel boned corset.

  34. Woman palaver, how vain. Eat the whole world and Wear a trainer. Oshi nle pako

  35. The solution to this is "just loose weight".

  36. Anonymous9 9:33AM, it is you who is ignorant. Waist trainers can NEVER give you a different shape, except they rearrange your ribs and organs. The only way to lose fat is to diet and excessive. Waist trainers can be dangerous for your health. This is just another stupid fad that is being promoted by greedy people who want to make money from lazy and stupid people.
