    No gym AT ALL and I'm wearing my pre pregnancy size 6 so no biggie Madame.its about eating right especially while pregnant.Its easier to get rid of the fluid and water retained.So long as you don't wake abs and sleep eating Akpu,you'll be fine.Next

    For now the baby is the center of attention, focus on nursing the baby instead of weight. The weight will go down naturally. Raising a child is way more than buying toys, clothes etc. I mean those are important but give them what they need.
