ReplyDeleteHe should be sent back with immediate effect.

People making comments without understanding SA Law. What they have just done is not legal, according to tHEIR LAW he is supposed to serve out the remainder of his sentence after 10 of incarceration in the prison under HOUSE ARREST with very strict conditions. Others that were also sentenced for culpable homocide receive the same provisions and have been duly released. Oscar's fame has been used against him. Public outcry should never replace facts of law. Unfortunately, a life was lost, NOBODY but Oscar and Reeva know what happened that night.
