LASTMA official seen helping a driver of a broken down bus on Lekki Express way today..how nice!

  38. This is definitely NOT Lekki-Epe Expressway. Lekki-Epe Expressway built by LCC has well defined medians. The other parts not yet built have dirt space in between.
