  7. ALL I HEAR ABOUT THIS GOVERMENT IS FIGHTING CORRUPTION AND I ASK.. IS THIS NOT THE SAME BUHARI THAT DID A COUP AGAINST A CIVILLIAN GOVERMENT? I GUESS THE MAN IS NOW A BORN AGAIN.... Obama went to Ghana and have been to other African Countries but our own President is so over whelmed with Joy for visiting white house..... it just a pity....God have mercy on us

  9. I used to get very angry at our leaders. But since the advent of twitter, blogs and online news with comment sections,I now say with the fairest of mind that the problem isn't in those that lead us who treat us like fools but the problem lies in us, the led(followers) who are very foolish indeed.

A man delivers a near excellent interview especially with Amanpour, who even the former Min of Finance,Mrs NOI flustered under and the only thing my fellow country men and women can take out of this interview is who gets the justice stick.

I have further buttressed my observations.

An embarrassingly high percentage of my supposedly educated fellow countrymen are totally literate but illiterate.

    Shame!

  35. Based on these tweets, Im guessing they are all Nigerians. However, their comments place them under either of the Categories.
1.Those who hardly visit or have never visited Nigeria (My Country)
2.Those who are out to twist PMB's words, and
3.Those who just comment without critically analyzing the facts on ground.

When the President said he will prosecute people that are viewed as corrupt, some of those who are commenting are intentionally trying to pitch against Amaechi, Tinubu and other faithful Party men who worked assidiously to ensure PMB's ascension to Power. I have news for you. SHAME ON YOU. APC (Not Buhari),through several colleagues, partisan and otherwise had made it very clear, if you are in possession of stolen funds, you can return a reasonable amount, and a bargain to avoid the wrath of the Law can be struck. For those of you hoping to see Buhari arrest Tinubu or Amaechi, FORGET IT, IT WILL NOT HAPPEN.
As for the issue of scary investors away. It is only geniune investors we want. It is the michevious ones who want to make a quick arbitrage profit that are complaining of being scared away. THEY SHOULD GO. WE DONT WANT THEM BECAUSE THEY DONT GIVE OUR ECONOMY REAL VALUE.

  36. They all read my mind as well. I also watched it.

  37. FOR FUCK'S SAKE!
    GEJ IS HISTORY!!!
PMB folks should snap out of their opposition party mindset.

  38. Are these people commenting on twitter in Nigeria?. I don't think so because if they have been here before the election they would realise that Buhari is a big fat liar and has broken almost all his election promises so far including this present one. He said he would not probe past govt. officials and only the ones moving forward. Well we can say without a shadow of a doubt that he will break this one of probing people from his own party. The guy is suffering from old age and talks too much. People should pls excuse him.

  39. I have this feeling all this won't end well. I am having a feeling of dejavu and i frankly thought people learn from their past mistakes and handle the same things differently if given another opportunity but Buhari has decided to toe the same part he did some 30 something years ago. Why not move forward and tackle this corruption problem using technology like GEJ had planned to do.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Talk talk and more talk every where and no forward movement. Thank God for Osibanjo. He is the one that will bring some credibility to this government unless it would have been all backward movement for 4 yrs.

  42. Negotiating with terrorists? I thought America doesn't support negotiation with terrorists? Even if they do, they pretend not to. PMB pls do ur home work.

I await the pursuance of APC politicians. Make an example of a few of them then all this talk will be taken seriously.

  47. Rubbish as always hiding from important answers, what has Niger delta militants have to do with our economy ? This group have long ago ceased fire, why is pmb mentioning them again as hindrances to Nigerian economy? During your campain you promised to wipe your brothers Boko haram away in 6 weeks of your regime, you didn't say anything about Niger delta militants then, now is Niger delta militants your fighting . Why are you fighting someone who is not fighting you? God is watching you.
