MoneyGram partners Access Bank to launch Big Splash promo

MoneyGram, in conjunction with Access Bank, has launched a special consumer promo tagged Access Bank MoneyGram Big Splash Promo to reward customers who undertake receive transactions at all branches of the bank between July and December this year.

With a star prize of a Hyundai i1o, the promo also offers other mouth watering prizes such as 32” LED TVs, DVD Players and Blenders. Thousands of various instant gifts during transactions are also part of the goodies to be won.

Speaking during the flag off of the promo in Lagos, Alex  Hoffman, Executive Vice President, MoneyGram, said the initiative was borne out of the desire to appreciate the loyalty of Nigerians, home and abroad, to the MoneyGram brand as a dependable platform for sending and receiving money.

 According to him, “With this initiative, Access Bank and MoneyGram will bring the magic into remittance services. This is what Access and MoneyGram do together which is aimed at bringing people closer. MoneyGram and Access Bank help people bring their family together. Aside that, we can also imagine the impact of our collaboration on future development in the area of new technology”.

Also speaking, the Executive Director, Access Bank, Mr. Victor Etuokwu said the initiative was introduced to assist and encourage Nigerians living abroad to support their families in Nigeria.

According to him, “This is an initiative for our brothers and sisters in the Diasporas who want to send money home to their loved ones to do so in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner. It is also a reassurance to those who receive funds to get such sent to them via the MoneyGram platform so that they can win fantastic prizes aside from the guaranteed peace of mind MoneyGram and Access Bank gives”.
