Alleged fraud: Toyin Saraki says she will cooperate with EFCC

Wife of the Senate president, Toyin Saraki says she will give her maximum cooperation to EFCC officials when she appears before the anti-graft agency on July 28th. Mrs Saraki has been invited by the EFCC to answer some questions regarding some funds found in some companies which she has interests in. A statement by her private secretary, Akeem Olagoke reads;
“Her Excellency, Mrs Toyin Saraki, Founder of Wellbeing Foundation Africa and wife of the Senate President has been informed by her office that a letter of invitation was delivered to her office, by and from the EFCC. She has directed an immediate and formal response, to the EFCC, that she will be delighted to assist them with any lawful inquiries they may have, as a law abiding, transparent and accountable private citizen.”.

      This woman and her husband stole huge amount of money during the societi general days. Most people may to young to remember. A lot of Nigerians lost their lives savings and the Sarakis were arrogant about it and many people committed sucide. The money they used to set themselves up and also used the same tactics to buy and finish intercontinental bank. Very evil and arrogant duo. Now the play innocent. Rich educated crooks.     I hear Mrs sarakis sister and brother in-law(the senate presidents siblings) are the ones behind this fracas though people believe its the drama happening with the senate president.Truth is,the senate president fell out with his siblings for betraying yet again an agreements between him and their late dad.They believe its the betrayal that caused the mans illness and subsequent death.In Africa,the wife is blamed for EVERYTHING bad and they apparently aren't on speaking terms for years.

    Firstly she is not "her excellency"!!! Because she left that position 4 years ago. Secondly, she needs to answer to questions if indeed such large amounts were found in her accounts. These are interesting times indeed.
