  9. Ambode is definitely working. I saw him last weekend in my area, Idimu after that Tanker fire. I have a strong feeling he would be as good as Fashola, if not better.

  21. The only way to deal with it is to construct roads specifically for fuel tankers and to issue directives regarding the time of operation. They should transfer fuel from 12 midnight to 06:00 am when much people are not on the streets. Btw, has Nigeria not reached the level of underground distribution of petrol by pipelines?

  27. Governance is beginning to have meaning with a deep call to duties. I don't know why but I think Governor Ambode approach to issues is special and will help on the long run provided he doesn't get tired of checking things himself.

The worst part of self inspections and investigations is to do nothing.

What he needs now is an STT ( Special Thinking Team ) for innovation which is what lagosians want to see.

    May God help him.

  35. This is laughable. I own dozens of trucks that all load products in lagos and none of my drivers were informed about the meeting, not even the supervisor or manager was invited. I have asked fellow truck owners if they were informed but they all said no they saw the meeting schedule on the social media like me. So how does the governor hope to communicate his plans to the drivers? These are union officials who have people's trucks under them, selfish and self serving individuals. I'm sorry governor Ambode, this your meeting will have no effect on the current issues on ground.
