Is there anything wrong with the way Rita Ora hugged Jay Z from behind?

Photo taken inside the Met Gala. Fans of Beyonce have come for Rita Ora after photos emerged of her hugging Jay Z, her boss (she's signed to Roc Nation) from behind, as he talked to Diddy. The Bey Hives have swarmed her page and letting her have it. Is it inappropriate though?
