I was right! Lol. North West and cousin Penelope quarreled (photos)

I was so right yesterday! lol. Remember I shared photos of North and her cousin, Penelope Disick and I said it looked they had just argued and North walked off? (see here) Well, a video of the cousins engaged in a little scuffling has emerged..and Penelope was the aggressor that was why North looked annoyed with her...lol. Above pics - I screen-grabbed from the video. See the video after the cut...
