    they are coming for the World bank Spring meeting in washington DC I believe, which starts today . I know there is a forum for NOI presentation on the the effect of the plummeting oil prices to developing economies. it will be quite interesting if you can get updates on those seminars, they are quite educative.

    before you guys jump into conclusion, NOI is heading for the World bank and IMF spring meetings taking place at Washington DC, I believe it starts on the !5th of April. By virtue of her position in the country, she is meant to be there, more so I understand that there are interesting presentations from on the effect of the plummeting oil prices in developing countries special focus on sub saharan Africa......
