Dear men, how long can the average man go without sex?

You know you men love sex way more than we women (abi?) lol. But what do you think is the most the average man can go without sex? Remove masturbating, because you know if you masturbate, you can go for a year without sex. So, how long before you start calling for hook-ups?
A. 1 week to 1 month
B. 1 month to 3 months.
