US, UK Govt release joint statement. Say there are signs of political interference in collation of results

The US and UK government have released a joint statement appraising last Saturday's general elections. According to the statement posted on UK's Foreign affairs website here, both government said the elections have largely been peaceful but that there are disturbing indications of political interference in the collation of results. The statement below...
Our governments welcome the largely peaceful vote on 28 March. The Nigerian people have shown a commendable determination to register their vote and choose their leaders. So far, we have seen no evidence of systemic manipulation of the process. But there are disturbing indications that the collation process - where the votes are finally counted - may be subject to deliberate political interference.
This would contravene the letter and spirit of the Abuja Accord, to which both major parties committed themselves. The Governments of the United States and the United Kingdom would be very concerned by any attempts to undermine the independence of the Electoral Commission (INEC), or its Chairman, Prof Jega; or in any way distort the expressed will of the Nigerian people.

    1. This is how they incite citizens of countries they want to destabilize,so d masses can go to war,and they arm d opposition just to destroy d country. Finally they leave d country in chaos, having achieved their objective. Let's shine our eyes. They don't wish anybody well, they are after their own hidden agenda, and we will be d losers. My 2 cents

We don't care. Nigerians refuse the Western clarion call for chaos. The elections went so well against their expectations. They destroyed and fragmented USSR, they destroyed Iraq, they prophesied doom for Nigeria and now that their prophecy is not coming through, they want to sow seed of discord. They must fail

Question is: what is their intension of releasing such statement b4 the final result??? Is it just pure negligent on their part not minding d impact of such statement at this sensitive state? Or they deliberately intend to cause harm? If they can't pass tru our leaders to resolve or avoid d manipulation then why point it out to d pple? Do u now expect we start fighting or go to war? So annoying, breathing 12345.... no matter what! Nigeria is at peace ijn amen.

    WHAT A SHAMEFUL SHAME.
Nigerians level of education, awareness and enlightenments is far greater than what is been displayed, especially, in this presidential election.
I think and strongly believe, people continue to push and use Goodluck Jonathan for their evil plans to continue to loot and milk the nation of its great and vast endowment of natural resources and national treasury without questioning.
Imagine Ms Oduah winning a senatorial seat in Anambra State after all the atrocities she committed as minister of aviation. Are you kidding me and who is fulling who?
Look at the puppet mouth of Femi Fani-Kayode {psycho, drug addict still going rehab and theraphy, liar, cheater etc} with big mouth, liar Doyin Okupe and illegal Minister Obanikoro amongst others.
