Official photos: President Jonathan meets with youths in Lagos

Meet The President was organised by PVC - Participate, Vote, Country - a group of young Nigerian professionals, businessmen and entrepreneurs. The group is the brainchild of Audu Maikori, Chioma Emetanjo, Ohimai Amaize, Aziza Uko among others.

About 5000 youths were at the event which held on Sunday at Eko Hotel. Nollywood actors and actresses, music artistes, young professionals, politicians and the creme of young Nigerians graced the event. See the photos after the cut...

So after getting re elected he goes back to his old ways!!! Can we s so call youth see beyond our nose? So suddenly he wants to give nysc members of 2012,2013,2014 scholarship and jobs?! Why didn't he give them d very year they finished? He can't cos it was never in thier plan until now they need us to win.     You shouldn't have used the picture of a young lady half dressed to post this news. There are quite a few beautiful pictures here, which you could have used for this headline. I hope the young lady sees this because, I would like her to know she dressed very irresponsible to such an event when she knows she'll be meeting our President. If she was attending a gig with her mates, I would be in my right senses to keep quiet. She was meant to be representing the Nigerian youth in a presidential forum for God's sake.     It's so shameful seeing our useless celebrities selling their birthright for pots of porridge. I called my sister on Sunday and both phones were down due to no electricity. I had to call her husband who was out of the house to charge his phone. No lights, no good roads, no health facilities. Shame on all the celebrities present there. Are you that hungry that you have no conscience. My prayer to all the celebrities present there is that God will rule your lives the way Jonarhan has ruled Nigeria for the past 6years in Jesus name.
