Getting Started with TheTi-konCar Tracker

On purchasing the Ti-kon tracker from Konga or any of our franchise partners, you have the option of either installing it with the help of our Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Quick Install Guide or contacting us to schedule an installation for you. If you choose to self-install the device or have your trusted automobile technician (mechanic) install this device, a well-detailed DIY pictorial manual has been designed and provided to assist you install with ease. Please be sure to ascertain that the device is inserted in a location that allows for proper concealment.
On the other hand, by contacting us to have it installed,we will have it done for you by one of our certified Concept Nova installers.

Either way you choose, our customer care officers are always available to offer step-by-step tips on installation and they can be contacted whenever between 8am - 5pm, Monday- Friday.

With your tracker now installed, you will need to notify the Concept Nova Implementation Unit in order to obtain your username and password. With your details, simply go to www.monitor.fleetrakams.com and login with your unique username and password and voila…Your vehicles’ location can then be viewed at the click of a button.
