  34. Prof continues to over estimate the weight of the office he is vying for.

how does this his pledge o his God address corruption in places like NNPC, within the state governments, within the NASS, within the MDAs and even right there in the presidency? it is the corruption that goes on in these places that makes it difficult for basic services to work in this country.

his office is powerless to check such things. first because they are outside the VPs mandate and secondly because they are deep rooted institutional matters that go beyond one's individual pledge to his God. they require a blueprint/strategy to tackle them.

it is Buharis' responsibility to share with us what exactly he will do differently from what GEJ is currently doing. i.e. specifics about how things will be different...! they havn't done that so far...just riding on anti GEJ sentiment. (smh in disgust!)

    ReplyDelete
  42. Osinbajo playing politics with God. It is in the bible that when you pray let it be silent between you and God so why tell the world what you pledged to God abi are we God that you pledged to? Please stop this shameless calling God into your personal ambitions disguised in 'pledge to God' only God knows if you pledged or not. Next

    ReplyDelete
  46. Stop calling God into your blind ambition. Why tell us a pledge between you and God if not that you are playing politics of prayer abi pledge. This just shows desperation and a very bad sign. And Osinbajo is a VP contender not president .. Constitutionally the VP doesn't have powers of his own and with Buhari Islamist fundamentalism he will just be pocketed by the Katsina mafia should Buhari win. But Buhari won't win.

  66. You shouldn't insult a man of that like that, we all know must politicians lie but why can't we believe Its time for a change, no sentiments but in all ramifications GEJ will ruin Nigeria if he sits on that seat again, think of the atrocities comitted during he's rule, billions of missing money, forgiving offenders that are suppose to be jailed forever, thousands of people dead, GMB is much better than him, what we need is someone with military experience and a strong mind like GMB considering all he's done in the past not someone that can't think for himself, above all Gods will should be done. Either GEJ/GMB someone he's prepared should take that seat because lot of things have to be changed.

  102. Is it necessary to make such an announcement? Well........it tells me he's already thinking about "stealing Nigeria's money". I expect him to tell us what he will do with allocated funds with God's guidance, and not announce his thought about "not stealing". That's a very juvenile statement to make considering this is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria. These are words I expect from a five year old and certainly not different from a statement such as "I will not steal daddy's money". I'm tired......let this election come and pass biko.
