Former Plateau state gov's dad released, 4 suspected kidnappers arrested

The 80 year old father of Senator Joshua Dariye, the former governor of Plateau State, who was kidnapped on Saturday Feb. 7th at his home in Mushere, Bokkos LGA of Plateau State was found in Quaanpan LGA in the state this morning. The kidnappers released him after much pressure from SSS operatives who have been on their trail following them from Plateau to Nasarawa states

Four persons have been arrested in connection with his kidnap. Pa Defwang Dariye has since been handed over to his son, Sen Dariye. According to police sources, no ransom was paid. His abductors had demanded for a $10 million ransom for his release.

    Sigh....Nigeria ehn. Just because he's rich and his son a former governor,does it make him special or does he have two heads or does it mean he's so much more important than the chibok girls? He was found just a week after he was kidnapped and those poor chibok girls are still missing after 300 days. Is it because they don't have a governor as their father or a minister as their mother. I tire for this country. If SASS can put so much effort into looking for this old man that can die anytime why can't they put the same effort into looking for those poor girls. After all, the government always lie to us that the youth are the future of this country which is a lie. I don't see any future if this country here in this country. Those futures are their kids outside this country. A tire for a country that is repeatedly lying to its citizen like they have their interest at heart whereas they don't. I wonder when Nigerians will wake up and see the reality especially those acting as political thugs. Have they ever asked themselves why politicians don't use their own kids a thugs? Is because they see a good future for their kids and not for you. Their kids are more important that's why they hide them abroad and use the unimportant citizens for their evil biddings. My heart bleeds and ache for this country.
