Photos: The state of the federal inter-state road in Kwara state..

This is the current state of the Federal inter state road in Kwara state. The bridge is called Moro bridge, situated in Moro LGA of Kwara state. Drivers who ply the road say it's a nightmare for them and are asking the state government or agencies whose responsibility it is to look into the road. See more pics after the cut...

  95. Linda help us talk to them on this kwara and kogi states roads it is too bad. These two state suppose to be the heart of Nigeria but their highways suffers a lot of neglect too bad travelling home is always a last option for people that are from that area. We need to sit our government up on the maintenance of our highways.
They can't construct new roads maintaining the 1 created by military is also a big problem then what kind of democracy is this? It must be made in Nigeria democracy

    ReplyDelete
  96. The pictures here are pathetic, to say the least. But the main issue here is that it is a Federal Road, and the State govt has embarked on repair/construction of some federal roads in the state despite paucity of funds from FAAC. I still commend the State Government for that, the FG should also live up to its responsibility.
