Kids Say The Darndest Things comes to Nigeria

Auditions for Season 1 of Kids Say the Darndest Things, the globally-acclaimed family television show known for bringing out the hilarious side of children, will hold on Saturday, December 20, 2014 in Lagos at the Ultima Studios, Lekki, Lagos. Parents of children between the ages of 2 and 10 simply need to visit www.kidssayng.com to apply.

According to the Executive Director, Mr. OludareOnasanya, HB Consolidated Limited, the audition would provide children with the opportunity of displaying their talents in a fun atmosphere.
“We are excited that a show of this magitude, which celebrates our children and focuses on family is now in Nigeria.  Our key objective is to deliver a top-quality family entertainment television show. We invite every parent that knows that their child is smart, witty and full of personality.”

The television show, which has enjoyed popularity and rave reviews in various markets like Australia, Singapore, India and Italy, will be launched in Nigeria during the first quarter of 2015, with the original format adapted to the Nigerian market. The theme of the show is “Your Kids are the Stars”.

The popular family-oriented television show, which started in America, features segments like One on One Series for the host and a kid, a live studio series tagged “The Panel Segment” for 3 kids and host and the “Hidden Camera”.

In its original format, Kids Say the Darndest Things, first aired on CBS.
Kids Say the Darndest Things is sponsored by Etisalat and media partner Cool FM.

  102. Hi Linda. I'm certain it can't b easy managing so many comments on your blackberry giveaway page, however it appears my comment was skipped. Comments placed between 2:03 and 2:36 were skipped and mine was placed around 2:33. Give or take a few minutes. Here it is. So sorry for posting it here:

    Rebekaholayemi@gmail.com

I bought my first blackberry phone in 2011 with some unexpected cash that came my way courtesy of a sponsored training's per diem. I was thoroughly excited to be joining the "big leagues" *hides face* She was a sleek purple beauty and so very beautiful. (Yes, she was a lady!) She slept by my pillow every night, my cute companion was my alarm clock, my radio, my calender and so much more. Most exciting was the new, sophisticate sound she made "ping!" when someone said hello. Other blackberry owners said "lol. JJC ! You are leaving your notifications on abi? You never see anything. Your battery go die no worry". Oh I didn't mind! That "ping!" did something to me, it was not about the person on the other side, I was just part of something sophisticated *hides face again* and it sounded so delicious to hear.

I remember then, I stayed with some other ladies in the provided accommodation. A lady in my room then who already had a blackberry was excited and asked the first time she saw my phone "Have you done your BIM". Hmmmm I had always thought it was called BIS, but I kept I kept it to myself thinking she already had a blackberry so she would know better than me. I was careful about using it in public though.

She filled my every waking moment with joy and was never far from me. Holding her in my palm, i held the key to the world - Google, email, world news etc. I took her to India for the second part of the training and she kept me close to home, family and love. She was good to me *sniff* Never mind she didn't last long because she wasn't new, she served me well and faithfully.

Here she lies in my cart
    3 years have passed
    Her screen dark
    She makes not a sound
    Still I could never
    Give her away
    She was my first
My first passport to the world
