    1. Thank you!!!! Re: thermogenics! It's funny how they say combined with a healthy diet. There is no magic to healthy weight loss. Your net calories must be negative. That is create a calories deficit...your calories used should exceed your calories taken in. The deficit should be created from a combination of exercise AND diet. The mistake a lot of people make is they either starve themselves (or eat too little for their bodies) or over exercise (which leads to over training). When this is not sustainable, they end up giving up or going back to square one or even gaining more weight! Then because you've been starving yourself your metabolism slows down and makes it even harder to lose at your next attempt. Key is this...think long-term sustainability. Think of focusing on your health...yes weight is a good indicator but also focus on your body fat percentage (your fat mass to lean mass ratio). Ideally 0.5-1kg per week of weight loss is ideal. Might be slightly more depending on gender or resting metabolic rate. Control your food portions. Load your plate with veggies and protein BUT don't cut out carbs entirely...because that is your primary energy source. Run away from any diet that excludes any food group entirely. Eat good carbs that contain fiber. You can calorie count. There are several apps now or websites that can estimate calories now...yup! Even naija food! I don talk too much. But just to say, this is a lifestyle change not a quick solution in a pill. Sorry, not trying to "spoil market" for anyone, just doing my part to educate because I'm tired of seeing my profession being bastardized by these gimmicks!

  8. I have lost a total of 12 POUNDS!! feels so good!! I started a program i found on the internet 3 weeks ago.   9. Reduce your food quantity, make a food table for yourself, for the men, ανσι∂ beer and αℓℓ manner of alcohol. Eat at least 3hrsbefore bed time. Have a particular sleeping time nothing less than 8hrs, drink 9glasses of water everyday(at least) for the ladies, ανσι∂ to much fruits αѕ some contain high sugar. Eat when hungry(small quantity) drink plenty of water before food and drink another like 30mins after food. Drink atleast 8glasses of water everyday. This drug thing ιƨ uncalled for. To be contd.
