"The experimental drug, Nano Silver did not meet the requirements of the National Health Research Ethics Code. Accordingly, the approval was withheld by the National Health Research Ethics Committee,” Chukwu said.

How on earth will they approve the drug manufactured by a Nigerian. Instead of the Govt to provide assistance for someone that has already made a step towards a remedy to this virus, they will prefer to import another experimental drug from Yankee.
