Dr. Ameyo Adadevoh dies from Ebola virus

Yes, unfortunately it's true. Just confirmed from a family source. Dr. Ameyo Stella Adadevoh, the Senior Consultant Physician and Endocrinologist who was one of the doctors who attended to Patrick Sawyer at First Consultant Hospital has died from the Ebola virus which she contracted from Sawyer.

Dr. Ameyo died this afternoon Tuesday August 19th at the isolation unit of the Mainland Hospital in Lagos where she'd been quarantined. She died a hero because she was the doctor who refused to let Patrick Sawyer, the man who brought the Ebola virus to Nigeria, leave the First Consultant Hospital in Obalende, Lagos, when he attempted to leave. She saved many lives by doing this. Her death is so heartbreaking.

She's survived by a son and her husband. May her beautiful soul rest in peace...Amen.

    Its so sad we have lost someone who tried her best to keep ebola under control. Its so sad that we live in a country where the government is run by a bunch of mad people. Nanosilver could at least be administered to her, if it did not eventually work at least they tried to save her, but our brainless minister of health who had already agreed to receive the test drug now rejected them because the fucking US said so.     God bless her soul. They should stop with this bullshit of curing 4 people they never had the virus they should not give false hope and play politics with this issue on ground, why didn't they give her their new found drug. Why was the nurse who ran to Enugu discharge, cus even if she was cured or they where all cured they are still carriers of the virus for a period of time, which mean they still have to be in quarantine. The government should be straight forward and honest with us and stop playing politics with it. This could turn out to be a f*#king pestilence.     Look nigerians God is seriously speaking. he is warning you guys seriously. look at the chain of events. one evil after the next, after the next....we were still battling boko haram and bombings only for 1 single man, ONE man to bring an evil killer that is even worse than bombings, kidnappings, ritual killings, even assasination...because this disease does not target a particular group, it targets each and everyone of us and we are all vulnerable. why is all this happening in naija? because we have turned away from God and now celebrate evil. Yes, beauty pageants, drinking(linda you always advertise hard liquor on this blog sef), partying, sex, same sex relationships, transforming to the other sex, aristo carrying, grandfathers sleeping with girls old enough to be their grandchildren, obsession with Kim kardashian, beyonce,minaj, jayz, kanya, messi, brazlilian hair, bleaching, designer wear, expensive cars. we are all guilty. We need to change our focus in naija and return to our morals and God. I have said my own
