Luxury designer Malivelihood posted samples of some of the gifts guests received at President Jonathan's daughter's wedding which took place in Abuja today. One of the gifts was a gold-plated iPhone. What were those Youth Movement people saying again? Lol. Continue to see more photos...

    8. Wait o. A while back, wasn't there a discrepancy about whether or not the fed govt ordered customised iphones in bulk, with the Nigerian coat of arm logo on it from Dubai or one of those countries? I remember the presidency debunked the gist as that of naysayers, when the said Asian man confirmed that he had been assigned to produce, but wasn't sure if the directives came direct from the presidency. Or am I mixing things up here? Cos this phone and design looks like d exact one that was shown back then. Engraved with gold around it. Ok o

When it was exposed that the FG ordered gold plated iPhones for either the 50th Anniversary of Nigeria or the 100th amalgamation ceremonies (can't remember which),Mr Abati came out to debunk the stories claiming they were rumors.

NOW LETS BE HONEST.THERE IS NO WAY THE ABOVE CONTRACTOR WOULD HAVE DONE THIS FOC.FAVORS OR SERVICES MUST HAVE BEEN EXCHANGED IN THE PAST SO MUCH SO THAT THE MAN OR COMPANY MADE SOOOOO MUCH IN PROFITS THAT HE CAN AFFORD TO DO THIS.

All the lavish spending can't actually make the marriage work, the most important is the marriage, and not this lavish wedding ceremony, if the couple are not mentally and emotionally prepared for marriage, the ovation wedding will not stop it from breaking up, wish them all the best all the same, and pray they live together till ripe old age

  121. God have mercy. Corruption in the highest order. I am disappointed, I thought Mr president grew up having no shoes but now has no mercy on people with no shoes. How could customised iphone be a wedding souvenir. This shows the height of corruption in Nigeria. I am sad
