Pres. Jonathan nominates Zainab Bulkachuwa as Court of Appeal President

President Goodluck Jonathan this afternoon nominated Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa to become the President of the Second Highest Court in Nigeria, the Appeal Court. The President sent her name to the senate for ratification, after which she would be confirmed and sworn-in.

Justice Bulkachuwa prior to this nomination has been serving in acting capacity as the president of the court since November 2012 when Justice Dalhatu Adamu retired from Office.

  28. Well! Well! Well! In my own point of view this zainab didn't deserve this position. And I have my reason for saying that, I know her very well. She is not God fearing at all, she is just after money......I knew of several cases that this good for nothing women judged injustly simply because of money.
