  29. i am ghanaian and my big question is WHY OH WHY ARE WE AFRICANS AFRICANS AFRAID OF HEIGHTS, HENCE NO MULTIPLE FLOOR PARKING LOT. Parking is so tight back home in accra and i can imagine lagos too.

I guarantee that space on the compound will not accomodate guest

Seriously i need to get into this parking lot business, its a huge untapped market in big african cities. MY BROTHER SAID AFRICANS DONT LIKE HEIGHTS SO IT WONT WORK, I DONT AGREE. SUCH A PESSIMIST

build 5 floors charge a fee per hour. THATS IS HOW WE GOT ETHIOPIAN MILLIONAIRES IN ATLANTA AND DC, THEY OWN ALL PARKING LOTS IN DOWNTOWN EG BUCKHEAD.

AND IN REGARDS TO PARKING ATTENDANTS NOT DUPING ME, I WILL PUT ALL THAT IN MY BUSINESS PLAN, RIGHT NOW I JUST NEED A PARTNER

    1. Thats a great idea. I've always wondered why unless its a shopping mall or shopping complex, parking space in most areas is limited to 30 cars maximum. Like why does a city as big as Lagos not have a real skyline like New York City or other large metropolitan areas in the world? Even South Africa (Thanks to the British) have a lot of high rise buildings. Even buildings that are only 25 levels high would do a lot of good in a place as congested as Lagos.
Take a cue from a developing country like China!

    2. But I guess that's what Eko Atlantic City is going to be for. I think it includes a lot of high rise buildings in the downtown area

    3. You just gave ur idea out freely...... Ode

    4. You need a steady power supply and uninterrupted on to run all things high rise... It's quite a a big challenge for a country with very poor electricity generation.

      Delete
    5. For 4 or 5 level parking lot, power is not necessarily a NEED, think about it. If its there, good, but it's not a need, necessarily. And if bankd run on generator so could that parking lot. All u need is a very strong structure.

  30. I just hope this place is not expensive. Four of my friends wants booking. But we scared ooo Linda. A place like this in naija will be like 2million per use. But seriously this is beautiful. I love d article, the pictures, everything about this. But the price per use? Gbammmm
