The proposal on Kim's birthday was captured for the Keeping Up With The Kardashian cameras...so Kanye went all out. He proposed with a $3 million, 15-carat diamond ring. Kim later told E! News 'Last night was truly magical!!! I am the luckiest girl in the world! I get to marry my best friend!'. Happy for them. See more photos after the cut...
