Forbes releases World's Most Powerful list, puts Putin ahead of Obama

Forbes just released its World's Most Powerful People list and put Russian president Vladamir Putin ahead of US president Barack Obama. That's wack! They also said Dangote is more powerful than President Goodluck Jonathan. Dangote was placed 64th most powerful person in the world, Jonathan didn't make the list. See the rest after the cut...

    Obviously this list is correct! The war in Syria caused Obama's downturn. He was going for an all-out war against Assad following the chemical weapons saga. But the surrender of the nuclear weapons by Syria which became a UNSC resolution was a Russian(Putin) proposal. Forbes is world-famous and doesn't just wake up to make such claims. Certainly, a panel of experts with years of experience must have decided those to appear on the list. Jonathan is not a serious World leader/citizen and as such needs no such appearance. Lol...I am sure the US never spied on him because he is inconsequential to the world

    The united states are powerful but Putin is more influential than Obama. Obama can barely get respect in his own country. he can barely sway opinions. Putin without question showed his influence in the syrian matters, nobody would step to him anywhere in the world.
    On the Dangote Vs jonathan, same. Dangote is established in several countries where as Jonathan apart from being the president of Nigeria has no foreign policy, no influence whatsoever.
    There is nothing wrong with this ranking. It is just reality.

    Obviously having money that sustains many and making policy that can alter the world in one moment counts as powerful.I guess that's y both the CEOs of multinational companies and presidents are powerful. While I am happy for dangote cos he's regarded as 1,I think pple shudt wonder y GEJ is not included.its obvious,in nigeria,we strengthen individuals not the collective people.dangote got rich because he was smart,hardworking and had luck with the corrupt ruling class who wud instead of develop the country for many other rich people to emerge ,gave the monopoly to dangote .Now,he's building a refinery while the country can't maintain its own,which wud make him richer and more powerful than any president Nigeria would have.
