From the pictures, it's obvious she's showcasing her polka dot designs and she's probably adorning a tight fitting short gown to show that a pregnant woman can still be sexy and curvy in tight fitting gowns. For me, her outfit/baby bump is a "COSTUME" meant for pregnant women, so I strongly doubt she is preggy....
