'Empower Nigeria' conference series promoted by Anabel Leadership Academy kicks off in Enugu

The Nation’s first national and regional road show on empowerment targeted at Nigeria’s millions of unemployed young people organized and promoted by the Anabel Leadership Academy, is starting on the 31st of January holding at the University of Nigeria Enugu Campus Law School complex.

The “Empower Nigeria” platform is designed to empower the millions of Nigeria’s unemployed people all across the country with the skills and the direction to create a job for themselves and not keep waiting for large companies or failed politicians that are not creating any new jobs.

Anabel Leadership Academy recently successfully hosted the first Nigeria Leadership Summit, in which over 3000 delegates showed up to design ways and crave out a strategy for a new direction in Leadership for Nigeria. The “Empower Nigeria” conference is an off-shoot of that Summit with a more practical approach designed to inform, educate and motivate youths in different parts of the country to stop waiting for a Job, but to go out and make things happen for themselves. Empower Nigeria is divided into geographical zones and it is expected to cover all the parts of Nigeria as part of an empowerment road show, positively effecting the lives of millions of Nigerians everywhere the show goes. The Anabel Leadership Academy has assembled a distinguished team of speakers that are young, energized and committed to seeing a new focus on self-employment as the way to save Nigeria from the unemployment crisis. Some of the confirmed speakers for the Empower Nigeria South East Zone include Osita Chidoka the Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Nze Akachukwu Nwankpo the Special Adviser to the President on Technical Matters and Secretary to Subsidy Reinvestment Program (SURE-P), Special Assistant to the President on Jobs Creation Ms Josephine Washima, Dr Sam Amadi the Chairman of the Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission and a host of successful established Entrepreneurs and Corporate Executives.  As the event is a collaboration between the Anabel Leadership Academy and the University of Nigeria both the President and founder of Anabel Group Nicholas Okoye as well as the Vice Chancellor of the University of Nigeria Prof Bartho Okolo will be present to give their prospective on youth empowerment, jobs creation and the new focus for Nigerian young people. In addition the “Empower Nigeria” conference series is designed to provide strategic information on the opportunities available for the millions of Nigeria young people, Anabel Group will be unveiling about 250 business opportunities and modular cottage industries which anyone can start with less than N250,000.00 thus engaging themselves in self-employment and possibly employing three or four others in the process. Empower Nigeria Road Show will educate, inform and motivate Nigerians across the board  into action and build a new army of entrepreneurs that will change the Nigerian landscape for ever. Speaking to the founder of Empower Nigeria Nicholas Okoye, recently on the Enugu event he said  “……….The Empower Nigeria Conference series is a national road show, where we will be giving Nigerian young people over 250 ideas of businesses they can start with less than N150,000.00, we will also educate them in the areas that need to make changes in their lives to order to redefine their future and take their destiny into their hands, we are excited about the conference and we are looking forward to spreading the good news to all parts of Nigeria”. Said Nicholas Okoye CEO Anabel Leadership Academy.

    1. They are offering what they have. If you cut your expenses, you would make some savings no matter how long it would take. If they have industries, they would take your advice, but for now, if you can't do with what they are offering, rest and save the insults.

  6. I believe this conference have come at the right time. There is an urgent need for the Nigerian youths to understand that the best empowerment is the empowerment of self. No government or public official can do more for you than you can do for yourself. It's a simple rule- get empowerment and the resources to make it happen will come to you. God bless you
