The Wardrobe unveils new collections and fashion category

Looking good and stylish just got easier, simpler and even more affordable as one of the most talked about and patronised fashions stores in Lagos, The adds a new segment for plus size women tagged 'Big and Beautiful' alongside the regular segments like Groom’s Place, Men’s Collection, Ladies’ Office Collection and Sweet Dream Collections.

Situated in the heart of Allen Avenue, Ikeja, The Wardrobe is gradually becoming the fashion refuge for many fashionable Nigerians and indeed foreigners as the clothing store boasts of high quality clothing at reasonable prices. With a factory located in Ikorodu on the outskirt of Lagos, and partnering with other garment factories internationally, The Wardrobe is able to do away with the services of the middlemen who make most clothing items more expensive. With the absence of these middlemen, The Wardrobe is able to offer factory-direct clothing items, a feature that endears the brand to many.

Mrs Awofeso
Owned by Towun Awofeso, an Industrial Chemist turned garment Technologist in a bid to follow her lifelong dream of making cloths people can buy and at affordable rates too. The London College of Fashion trained who liaises with clothing factories in the U.S, Turkey, Hong Kong and the UK all in a bid to find out the most convenient way of producing clothing that gives your figure a perfect fit. Many celebrities have now made The Wardrobe a haven of some sort as they are regularly seen there.
The Wardrobe is widely known as the Groom’s Place, the Lady of The Wardrobe, Towun Awofeso while having a chat with reporters said ‘’Sincerely speaking, I have always heard about the bridal this or bridal that, nobody really focuses on the groom and his needs, so I decided to explore this area of interest, that is why if you get to our flagship store on Allen, it seems we focus more on Groom’s Place, but we are not only about the grooms as we also cater for the female needs too. We have also introduced a new segment which is for the plus size ladies, tagged Big and beautiful, this is also an area that most stores don’t cater for too’’.
Towun Awofeso also commented on the reason why some of her products are relatively affordable ‘’At The Wardrobe, because we are Designers, we are able to work directly with factories on our own specifications rather than do buying and selling which make clothing items expensive. We also have our own clothing label called Crownprid, aside all these, we offer our customers after sale services also such as alterations, buttons replacement and there are warranties on all of our products sold’’.

  4. Permit me to digress from the core information been past here, I wanna talk about the models, the first guy looks so good and while putting on lovely suits then why come spoil everything with a model who has a very "cute" head wearing over sized suits? especially that white suit, its looks so ordinary.
