I dont know why u're making modeling a big ass deal? Being a model in NYC is not hard as long as u fit the spec. After all everybabe thats 5'11 and weighs 120 pounds automatically walks around these parts claiming model...whether they did just one shoot or just a shoot for their portfolio. That u model doesnt guarantee success...and the gigs do not come frequently unless u already made a name for urself in the industry. Just like everyone walking around in Cali is an actor, they could the professional "extras" hoping for a break, their title still says "actor".
