Lovely song....love the reggae part! The producer of the song however didnt do justice to the beat...it sounds too regular...was hoping for something more like piano and less drums..... She is ageless and still has her voice sha! Kudos

  44. Sheer class!! Lady Onyeka u r a delight..

  45. Loved Onyeka from her "One Love-Keep Us Together" days. If you re not familiar with Onyeka, google or YouTube that song. Anyway, my love for her dropped when she was involved in that public feud over the funds for legendary Christie Essien Igbokwes funeral-She fall my hand with the way she handled it (my opinion).
Now to this new song: I like the beat, the vocals and the arrangement. Yes, it's simple, but most big hits are simple. My only problem is the conflicting message - don't know if it's a gospel song or a love song. I think with a little adjustment, it would have been a nice love song that would be great for Weddings! But she just missed that. On the other hand, she should have just made it a pure gospel song professing love for Jesus - after all, gospel music is big business and veterans like Ebenezer Obey, late Sonny Okosuns etc..., shifted their music genres to gospel and thrived.
Overall, an ok effort that would have been great if it was more focused - especially as a love/wedding song.
    My two cents.

  46. Naija folks can be really funny.wetin una no understand or what's conflicting?..the gospel theme has been established by the pastors comparison of the wedding to the marriage supper of the lamb ''with Jesus as the groom and the CHURCH the bride''which kain hear una dey use hear?...and the love between the couple is shown transiting different phases of their existence.meaning God's love lasts a lifetime. Abeg...everybody na analyst, critics...that's an average Nigerian. Mama still got it abeg . Very good picture quality. una for prefer bum bum shaking video abi?...perverts...The new generation needs to learn. no autotune or effect gears...just her natural God given vocals.

  47. Yeah the beat may be drab but u guys need to understand, that the music of her generation is about the lyrics while the music simply accompanies.some sane peeps like us love it.not the nonsense and noise we proliferate this days. all about the beat and drink influenced jargons. Beautiful video, good scenery, subtle love theme. Not X-rated.A material for me.
