Borno State Governor, Kashim Shettima and other government officials on Tuesday, July 25, attended the graduation ceremony of Internally Displaced Girls, including the rescue Chibok Girls, under the Organisation of Female Students Scholarship Scheme, sponsored by the Girl Child Concern (GCC), a Non-Governmental Organisation, in collaboration with the Borno State Governement.
