Nigerian track and field athlete, Blessing Okagbare-Ighoteguonor did well for her first effort at the Oslo Diamond League on Thursday, June 15.

The long jumper got a respectable 6.21 meters score but suffered embarrassment when her wig fell off as she was making her way down the runway. 6. Suffered embarrassment ke? She didn't suffer any embarrassment, she picked her wig, dusted it and wore it like the strong black extremely confident woman she is. How many women have a quarter of her confidence? Anybody that sees this as an embarrassment is only projecting their self insecurity through her! What embarrassment! Go blessing! Inspiring and goals!๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

  19. Was a wig necessary at all given the strenous and demanding activities of the competition? Her natural, low cut hair would have been perfect all around....NMTA
