A Facebook user shared the photo and wrote "So, in the middle of the service, this man gets up and
walks out. Emerges 7 or so minutes later with a newspaper and proceeds
to read it. I don't do Amebo (busy body) but I almost asked him "Dude,
why'd you come??" #smh
Should have posted the guy's face too.
ReplyDeleteNo respect for God anymore
ReplyDeleteNigerians & self-righteousness. The person that reported the story & posted online, didn't he or she also snap & post this during the same service?
ReplyDeleteChurch is a joke and boring. God, jesus, Allah, all can kiss my ass. They don't exist. It's all a mind game
ReplyDeleteI pity ya life
DeleteJesus!!! Are you for real?
DeleteThey don't exist???
DeleteNeither do you "anonymous" ....you're just living!
God exists. Don't be fooled.
DeleteThe fool sayeth in his heart there is no God.
DeleteMy Pastor use to say a person who comes to church to sleep is better than who doesn't come at all.
ReplyDeleteYou wey snap am nko, na photodriver you go do for church or you be church worker/Video man? May God deliver us from monitoring spirit. Lol. Good morning all!

ReplyDeleteThis is no different from the many people i see reading text messages and blogs on their phone during service
ReplyDeleteAbeg make una help me judge dis matter. What was the 'amebo' doing with his phone switched on in church? he was even able to snap and post d person reading the newspaper. Must have probably been doing Facebook etc. They are both guilty of not concentrating in church.
ReplyDeleteSee pot call kettle black. Is it not from the same Church service this picture was taken? If you were listening to sermon, would you snap picture?
ReplyDeleteSy

May God have mercy on him.
ReplyDeleteHonestly,it's not different from those who press phones in church.
ReplyDeleteAgreed.
DeleteThis is the same as going on Facebook , instagram , Snapchat while in church. Phones should b switched off while in church. Very wrong of The man, mayb his wife forced him to go to church😂
ReplyDeleteVery true.
DeleteIf you're focus u wouldnt have time to snap him. Both of u are the same whoever took this shot
ReplyDeleteThe question should be what are u doing taking pics of someone reading newspaper during service when u should be listening to the sermon. #howudoing

ReplyDeleteOBVIOUSLY HE IS BORED
ReplyDeleteTHE PASTOR NEEDS TO UP HIS GAME
Ha ha that's it he came because he feels he has to be able to say I went to church. Why? Because you all judge people who don't go. The church talks too many things that aren't true maybe he feels he will be blessed just being there who knows. One thing for sure is you don't have any right to polish your halo by judge if hi for reading the newspaper. Written by disciples, same as the bible.
ReplyDelete-my view-
And this person that took the picture has never checked whatssap or Facebook in church...
ReplyDeleteYou don't do Amebo, but you took his picture and posted it on Facebook...we are always so quick to judge others..so its okay for you to take a picture in church while service is going on??
ReplyDeleteFunny
ReplyDeleteStop wasting money on high data. Get free browsing cheat on all networks
Hahahahahahaha!!! That shows the church is soooo boring!!
ReplyDeleteHahahaha!!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd you the poster, in the middle of church service, while the man was reading the newspaper, all you could do instead of focusing on worship you came to do was grab a phone and start snapping in the church. What was your phone doing in the church by the way, did you bring it into the church to answer calls or to browse, oh ok, to take pictures in the church, I get...... You people should keep deceiving yourselves.
ReplyDeleteReading newspaper inside church na wa for this guy o
ReplyDeleteHahahaha!!!!! Na by force to go church?!
ReplyDeleteHe's no different from people who Snapchat or read LIB in church....
ReplyDelete...and the poster had time to take a pics and post on facebook while listening to the preacher abi? #Wehdonesah
ReplyDeleteAbi? He should not have gone to church service now.
ReplyDeleteHEAVEN DID NOT RECORD HIS NAME AMONG THOSE THAT ATTENDED THAT CHURCH SERVICE NOT HIM ALONE BUT ALSO ALL THOSE PHONE USERS DURING CHURCH SERVICES
ReplyDeleteNot surprised at all. People are getting fed up with false religion. It's end is near.
ReplyDeletePls I need Fifteen Thousand Naira to balance up my children school fees. God bless you all. Anybody want to help this is my phone no 08027580019

ReplyDeleteIs our Savior in this church? Well Don't say you don't know the name of the church 😯😯😯😯...
ReplyDeleteOai
This can never happen in the mosque.
ReplyDeleteHahaha, abeg, we are all guilty of some misdemeanor in church, urs may not be reading newspaper, that's a bit overboard sha. But its either you dose of, check stuff on your phone or even send msgs or something. Am guilty of going through my phone sometimes. I put it off at the beginning of service, but towards the end I switch on. So sue us.
ReplyDeleteMr poster fear God
ReplyDeleteMr Poster,
ReplyDeletehe who lives in glass houses should not throw stones.
judge ye not lest ye be judged.
what are you doing with a working phone in Church, you even had the effrontery to snap.
SMH
I don't understand why its a big deal; I have a problem with it if its during regular service: prayer, offertory, consecration etc
ReplyDeleteBUT
I see ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with it if its during launching/ donation and the likes!!!
