When there is an acting President on seat,he is still saying budget will be assented to by Buhari. This is supposed to be a former house of rep member and former senator. Is a shame.
Very nonsense talk.. Are we really gonna allow this nonsense to continue to happen? So we must wait for Buhari to be raised from death before budget is signed. I weep for my country.

This is because MOST OF THESE NOISE MAKERS have NEVER WORKED in STRUCTURED ORGANISATIONS nor do they UNDERSTAND "BUREAUCRACY", which is derived from bureau(Public OFFICE Administration). Whether the PRESIDENT is PRESENT or ABSENT, "FILE MOVEMENT MUST FOLLOW ITS DUE "COURSE" of FLOW!!!!
