  7. Good for them but how will he abandon other peoples children in a foreign land without payment? I heard the liaison officer in the Uk in charge of Rivers State Scholarship Board students used her house to borrow money to pay part of the students tuition fees when the government promised to pay the students, now she has lost her house. Please governor, you won't have liked your children to be abandoned in a foreign land, so please pay them.
