No one showed up in court to claim the Ikoyi Dollars at the forfeiture hearing

According to Tolu Ogunesi, a digital communications officer for the Presidency, the forfeiture hearing for the money found in an apartment i Ikoyi held on Friday May 5, 2017 and no one showed up in court to claim the money.
Nyesom Wike, the Rivers State government had earlier laid claim to the funds and it was expected that the state government would at least show up in court to claim the money, but no one came forward.

So you guy want to tell us Nigerian that you can't investigate and prove who owns the money abi ,then your salary is a waste of tax payers money is the money found on wike room,believe me if were wike or ayo of ekiti state efcc for dey too efficient whose house was the money found and why is that person not under arrest now to explain how the money got into his flat in spirit form, useless officer if it's to go and separate two fighting una quickly do that one laziness at its peak you guy deserves to lost your jobs all of you.

  23. pic 1.. the money was found arranged tearrubber in alphabetical order, after EFCC and Tolu Ogunlesi ..pic 2..the money has scatter...whether they were looking for the owner inside i don't understand.. why should they confirm Magu when he is busy looking for the owner inside the pile of money..hiss

  25. God will punish all our politicians, both past and present. Hunger and sickness full ground, yet they hoard millions of dollars in a house. They wl burn in hell. Even after bail out fund , salaries are still being owed. We should forget tribe, religion and Political party and fight this people who have no sympathy or empathy for you and I. That money sure belongs to someone in power presently, that's why nothing wl come out of it. From backyard they wl return it ti the owner. But God is watching.
