Hilarious video featuring our PHCN officials (must watch)

This has got to be one of the funniest videos you will watch this week. So PHCN officials went to a house somewhere in the East to disconnect power due to unpaid bills. But on getting there, they found out the house haven't had power in a while.

The officials who appeared confused at first, then called their headquarters to supply power to the affected house so they can disconnect it. Watch the video after the cut...

    Another reason I say if I end up/decide on moving back to Nigeria I'd probably go postal one day because of shit like this. You don't provide power yet, you wanna come cut my shit. Only God knows what I might do because some crazy shit might happen
