Seasoned chef and owner of the HSE Café, Nkesi Enyioha will bring her wealth of culinary experience to the GTBank Food and Drink Fair. An alumnus of the Ashburton Cookery School in the United Kingdom, Chef Nskesi is widely admired for her fusion of European techniques with the bold flavors of Africa and Asia. 
On May 1, 2017 @ 11:00am, Chef Nkesi will host a Masterclass at the GTBank Food and Drink Fair, where she will showcase her culinary style and share her passion for food making.
