Man badly beaten after stealing $2,600 from his employees, confessed that he gave ₦35,000 to his wife & $1,000 to girlfriend

According to a twitter user, @Afolashade_, here's what happened. The brutalized man sitting, simply identified as James, is a house cleaner who stole $2,600 from his employers. Luckily, they were able to recover $1,300 from him. The balance was however already spent with his girlfriend receiving more than his family. James sent ₦5000 home to his mother in Aba, His brother, ₦7000, His wife and two kids, ₦35000, a friend $600 and his girlfriend, $1000.

Apparently he searched the bookshelves in the house while cleaning and took all the foreign currency he came across. He picked it all at once and forgot to arrange the books properly, coming back to the same house later on with courage. During the interrogation, he refused to give up the identity of his girlfriend and was badly beaten. The calculations don't add up though. Read what she wrote below:

      So what should Osibanjo do to the man that stole $43m,£27 etc. Leave the guy alone. I can pay back that money if they get Linda to ask the money back from the public or ME. Efcc this is indirect whistle blowing... Search DT house.

    They should kill him because of that last question, some men are daft oh, in fact most of them actually think with their penises cause majority of them will do this, give more to a woman that will squander it with her bf she feels she has a future with, then give little to the woman that will use it to take care of u, ur kids, the home, and will even save some for when u might need to borrow it later on. If I were the wife I will not even say a word, but this man will mysteriously die at least a week after, I will kill him and use him for rituals, then claim the death was as a result of the serious beating he received when he stole..

    Inasmuch as i have issues with the man stealing, i have bigger issues with him for not setting his priorities right in the sharing formula. Lets help the man's wife recover the $1000 lost to a slay mama. Chilly flames makes award plaques and signages here in Lagos, Nigeria.

    The biggest loser is his mum nitori o fi obo jo ina for having him as her son. He does not like his mum at all. The girlfriend is the winner here! If I were his wife, I would plan to divorce him but consider the sake of the kids and tolerate the fool until they are 18. Maybe the friend pushed him to steal and got $600. He could be lying about how he spent his loot. Maybe he spent days in a hotel with prostitutes. Oko Ashewo!

    Does this give you the right to abuse him to this level? If not for Nigeria this old man would be suing you for millions or say the least for every thing that you ever have plus a good jail time. You or whoever posted this nonsense is as guilty as the man.. Never take laws into your hands..if this is your brother you will find one thing good about him to defend him the best you can...Report cases like this to the police and stop taking glory about this man was badly fucked up etc...Linda even you self no try...Should this not be reported to the authorities..Come 2030 when I become president of this country, I will personally see to cases like this myself...
