    My opinion of him Gej & pgj is they fail the ultimate test of leadership,he would have died a fugitive if he refuses to hand over a lost election anyways so I give him no credit for that.
    The core purpose of leadership is to empower your citizen and not loot them bcs you will still be rich anyway whether loot of truly empowerment of the people so d guy got 2.5/10.
