Photo: Meet Miss Ihiala 2017

A Facebook user posted photo of the young woman said to be Miss Ihiala 2017, and called her ugly.  (Ihiala is in Anambra state) But the problem is her hair and poor quality of the photograph, I don't think she is anywhere near ugly. Nobody is ugly. Read some of the comments after the cut...
