See the plane Ojukwu fled with to Ivory Coast after the civil war...

According to Senator Ben Murray-Bruce, pictured is the plane Ojukwu left Nigeria with and fled to Ivory coast after the civil war. Advising the government to preserve the historical artefact, Murray Bruce said: "Nigeria can do better by fixing this plane and sending it to a museum."

    1. Egbon Bruce, am sure you are very that, it won't definitely happen in Buhari's life time, or let me say his regime.

  4. Hypocritical Ben Bruce! Seeking to be relevant. Your brothers betrayed Ojukwu & made him enter that plane.

  6. Ojukwu was never a National hero, maybe to the Igbos though,so why would the federal government want to fix a plane he used in fleeing the country and put it up in a museum? That would be total waste of time n resources

    1. Trust me my friend. This is a great piece of history. One big problem with Nigeria is that people don't like their own past being remembered.

    2. Lol...museums are not meant for national heroes , it meant for 'history'Your ignorance is unbeliveable if not humorous. This is the main reason why we have failed as a country- being beclouded by sentiments.

  16. Ojukwu fled and left his minions to suffer. Same way Kanu stashed his family in London and came to beat the drums of war in Biafra. When the real war starts he would also run. Shebi he said he is a British national not a Nigerian sometime last year. Igbos be killing themselves for the selfish gains of a few.

  17. Heard he chosed his car n properties over some igbo refugees that he would have saved from death by transporting them to safe haven n some Retards r still calling him a HERO. Pathetic.
Somebody even snitched 2 'Z' that the useless Kanu was arrested in company of two prostitutes enjoying a 3some.

Go n investigate these facts u Dumb Fucks.

  19. Sorry who is Nigeria ?, he's a senator and he can easily forward the motion in the house, he always says this or that , he's a politician currently in power, he can lend his voice in the house rather than on social media....

  20. That plane belongs to the national war museum, Umuahia, Abia state. The government should waste no time getting the aircraft on display at the museum.

  21. Biafran war take it or leave it is part of our national history, that which we can not wish away. This plane should like the Mercedes which was ferrying Murtala Muhammed on the 13th of February 1976 be preserved for our national history.
