  1. just as i said the last time, during the marathon last year, i dont think this is right for foreigners to be allowed to enter for this competition. Nigerians, Lagosians should be the ones alone allowed to participate. Because he money would still remain in circulation here, haba!

Our people should benefit from things like this na.

Am not against foreigners but I just feel this should be more rewarding to and for the good people of the land first of.

    1. I understand your view my brother, but if things were always done like that how would we get foreign revenue?, we gave him $50k, there's a lot of foreign investments and tourism that would surpass that amount in due time. So don't worry, the organizers know what they're doing :)....
      I Love Nigeria, do you?

  5. Nigerians are always complaining, marathons are run around the world from Newyork to Boston, Spain to London etc and foreigners run and win money especially Kenyans. So let's get over ourselves.

  10. Congratulations to Abraham Kipton. It's not easy.

I wanted to register but even as at the time of creation, women do not hace equal strength with men. If there can be female category for this same marathon race, it will give the ladies who have interest to compete as well. I want to compete next year but I will not be able to run the same distance with men.

  11. Access bank kindly note that this is not CSR as it benefits only the kenyans . kindly restructure the participation if the program is for the benefit of Nigerians. If not kindly move the next one to Kenya and block their roads you cannot impede movement from 7-2pm and a Kenyan will now win. That's how airtel came to deceive us with THE Voice and made Nigerian American who studied music in America the winner. All under the guise of CSR abeg stop deceiving look for something else to do.

  12. Access bank like Airtel did in THE VOICE the same mistake is happening again if this CSR for Nigerians a Kenyans are not to participate if it is a free for all certain people are not supposed to participate especially if they have certain advantage than others. It is trite that Kenya has a mountainous topography and they have produce more red blood cells then others so they have greater strength for endurance so it is easier for them to win long distance race like Usain bolts. The same thing happened in airtel when Arese who studied music in America and had so many stage experience already was made winner of the voice Nigeria which was a platform for gifted Nigerians who needed a platform to be known

  14. REALLY? Does this guy have an annual salary in Access Bank Plc net of tax? Is this supposed to be some community development or public relations? Are there small medium scale businesses to offer loan to or schools to build for low income earners, Is he training Nigerians in athletics so we can fly Nigeria's image in international competitions, how would we benefit in due time? Is this not too relative? We dont have foreign reserves and such dollars is given to an outsider. Lets been sincere with ourselves...
