    Wow! What a transformation! Anyone could very easily confuse the dates of the two pictures! We should all take a cue from this. We don’t have to look old because of age. With good exercise, proper dieting, and a heart free of envy and animosity, we will not only live longer, we will live better! Make that one of your key goals for this new year.

    Wow! What a transformation! Anyone could very easily confuse the dates of the two pictures! We should all take a cue from this. We don’t have to look old because of age.
