  4. Thanks Linda for this eye opening info. It's just best to buy from a House of Tara outlet so one knows they are spending their money on authentic products. It is difficult to eradicate counterfeiting but it can be fought against. Buy your products from the product outlets. If everyone does this, counterfeit products will not have a market.

  7. Linda, thanks for the info but truly Tara should look into producing cheaper products too. I have seen some of those products and I even bought a fake pressed powder @ the rate of #700.. was shocked @ the price but I assumed, Tara devised to make cheaper products but noe I know its fake but to be honest with you, the powder is very good or my skin and someone who had used more expensive brand before, I have no complain about this one. However, it is wrong to make adulterated products using someone else's brand but Madam Tara should make cheaper products too. Original Tara product is almost as expensive as Mac and thats not right. If we are being encouraged to buy Nigeria, then the prices should be reasonable now.....Icharity is the real deal ‎‎
It is an online peer to peer donation program where you are expected to donate N6,000 to someone and you in turn get donation from 5people and earn 30,000 in the process this will then take you to the next grade, where you are expected to earn N300,000 with only 12k donation.‎

In Icharity, you are expected to recruit 3 people ‎and they system will randomly provide 2 more people to make donation. However, its only in grade one that you are expected to recruit people. From grade 2 onward, the system will randomly connect you with those who will provide help.

‎Note: Your down lines pay directly into your account in grade one and whatever spill over you have goes to other 'down lines' who may not be able to get 5 people to provide the needed help. You can however, choose to get all the donations from all your spill over but that will be when you get to grade 5..... https://goo.gl/9xKtPL ‎

  10. I am sorry to say that House of Tara themselves have production quality issues and bad customer service.

i stopped buying her products in 2016 as i noticed most of her pencils break almost immediately after sharpening or once it goes near your mouth/eyes and i always buy from their outlet shops not individuals. complained on twitter they contacted me and said sorry but never offered to replace them despite spending almost N20k on the faulty batch. I just stopped buying and changed to the MAC etc i had stopped using over 2-3yrs back.

If the fake is now better than the original(from comments above) then she has major issues.

She needs to really fix her quality issues and customer service also for the prices she charges or she just gave the fakes a good opportunity to takeover her market.
