Members of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) were in the early hours of today, pictured giving first –aid treatment to a driver who sustained bruises from a car accident along Owode-elede, Mile12, Lagos. The officials also towed the damaged vehicle off the road. More pictures after the cut:
