How can he claim that the electricity transmission capacity rose to 7,300MW in September 2016, when he initially said that vandalism caused a sharp fall same period?
It all sounds wonderful. If only they can explain why d dollar keeps going up. Anyway,let's hope we can really rely on our own productions, then the dollar will beg the naira lol.
